My favorite...

A "favorite" can be so much different to people; to me it's hair in fashion!

Okay! Okay! SO...

... I admit it! I'm a workaholic...! There! Are you happy now?! ;) Well I kind of need to be, and I am, so that's that! As from time to time I'm involved in projects I'm not allowed to post too much about, but being the buzy bee I am, I want to post this to those people that's a huge inspiration to me, not all of them got so much to do with fashion, but as you all know; Inspiration comes from a lot of different places, and I want to donate a thought to all of them who's behind the scenes; the assistants, friends, colleagues, and of course; family; who's always there, no matter how busy or not busy we are. Do you guys often think about everyday-life as something precious? I do! It's just such a shame that we very often rush around, without seeing those dear moments -despite being a busy bee, I try to stop as often as I can, just to look around a little, and honor them who are dear to me, It doesn't even have to take so much of time; a simple sms with a heart is a lot to somebody you haven't seen in ages! So here's some of them;

My mom...

Meet the woman who raised me This is where all my creativity comes from! She's a workaholic herself, and a master of administrating simply just everything! Her list of good qualities are long, and so I'm just a grown up son who's admiring her for all her energy, good will, laughter and work-eagerness! She lives by her saying that is; I'm not finished, until I'm finished! The perfectionist, the master chef and the GRAND Housewife! She cares for everybody around her, and she includes all the people in her life. Thank you so much mom, for sharing all your knowledge with me, for being my biggest and no. 1 fan, for the support for being me, for guidance when I need and the always warm welcome I get when I come home! <3
My dad...

This is the guy who raised me! My dad... the sweetest man in my life! He taught me that one of life's most important truths; that happiness is in everyday-life. To work with what makes you happy -that's what will make you happy in the long run! Going from an educated carpenter to work as a taxi-driver after a work-incident, this man has highly developed social skills; he can talk to anybody and handle all sorts of people! Thank you for teaching me these things, and for learning me to always be service-minded to people! Thank you for never giving up on me, and for the always kind love you've always showed!
My brother...

This is my human opposite, and other half! Being brought into the world two years after me, and born into the same zodiac as I am; a gemini -our parents always wondered how it was possible to be as similar to each other, and still -completely different! We had a tough time together growing up, but at the same time we were the best of friends! As for being adults now, we're really close, though we don't speak on the phone everyday, we're really there for eachother! I owe this man a thank, for putting up with all my fury as for being a teenager, and for always show my the greatest brother-love! If I should mention one person who would come for me at the end of the world; this would be the one! Thank you for always in your genius way to care for me, and for always being honest with me! Love you!
My "Ma"...

My maternal Grandmother; she's a busy bee with a big B! Funny, warm, always laughter and a good heart! All her life she's been working hard and she truly is the person that set herself goals, and achieves them! She's also a true creative! Always been good with her hands, both as a tailor and a cook! Thank you so much for teaching me humbleness, for believing in me and for being a good role model!
My Grandma...

My paternal Grandmother; a good conversation over a coffee has always been our thing! Her home has always been open to us, and we've always felt welcome! A good laughter and an eye for quality is something that strikes my mind when thinking about her! Being an earlier manager of a Confection Boutique, this is were I got my theft for clothing! A big fan of the "good conversation", and a good smile and a story is always with her! Thank you for always being there! :-*
My sister from another mother...

Wanda. My true everday hero! Being among the closest of friends, she's also my right hand at the salon where we work.  She's sharp with her sheers, but among the most humble of people who I know! Highly skilled and qualified for her title, she's a big support for me! She's the true sister I never had, and always, always makes me laugh! Still are we able to be professional and honest with eachother! I really have a lot to thank this young woman for, so THANK YOU Wanda! I love you!
Christina...

A true Creative! She both works as a stylist and has her own label -ChristinaLedang- . We've been working a lot together lately, and I'm really admiring her for her passion and her ability to multitask being both a mom, designer AND a stylist! Thank you so much for including me, and for believing in my ideas!
Tomas...

The make up artist. He's a cutie! And SOOOOOO good at what he's doing! Always funny, always energetic, always kind.. . I really feel privileged to work with you, and I'm always looking forward to our next project! Thank you so much for your positivity, and for your always good mood! You're amazing!

Heavily wakening...

... and light morning! I really enjoy the fact that there's light outside when I wake up! :) I really had a hard time getting up now -I guess it's like so when you're working late nights... anyway -here's something light and dreamy for you! Love the graphicness of this, and I think it's so fun, when other hairstylist has been inspired by the same thing I've been inspired by myself... :)

You guys know...

... how busy I am, right? I'm sorry! I haven't been able to post to you guys these last days! And I'm so happy to see that you're actually checking in here to see if there's anything new! AwEsOmE! :D A little boring I know, but from these latest shoots I've been to, I'm not able to show you anything, 'cause it's a secret. But I'll tell as soon as I can! ;) Meanwhile, here's something phenomenal for you to look at! I really like how the shape of the hair is giving the dynamic contrast against the straight, graphic lines!

Loveit!

I'm very often called...

... the "Bag Lady" of my closest friends and colleagues. You can often see me dragging suitcases, bags, and all of that kind of a hairstylist's stuff all around! I therefore just had to post this! The name of the editroial is striking, and of course, I love everything about it! It really shows that you don't have to have the most expensive set design to make something really knocking shit... enjoy this you guys! :)
